My name is Judy Luff and I am originally from a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.We found Holden Beach |

in 1994 after dropping off our middle daughter, Denise, at Old Dominion University in Virginia. We fell in love with the area and the laid-back lifestyle of Brunswick County. Holden Beach is lies between the Lockwood Folly Inlet on the east and the Shallotte River Inlet on the west. The Intracoastal Waterway is on the north and the Atlantic Ocean on the south. Holden Beach’s warm sandy shores extend almost 11 miles from tip to tip! We especially loved the warm, friendly southern hospitality and knew immediately that this was a place we could live. We built our first house with Coastal Construction and vacationed here as much as possible!

In addition to Denise, we have another daughter Kiersten, and a son Sean. Kiersten and Brendan Gordon were married on May 22, 2004 and Brendan has joined our company as vice president of The Mortgage Company and Kiersten who is an attorney has recently opened her own law firm, The Gordon Law Firm. Our son, Sean, graduated from UNC Pembroke in May 2004 and is currently employed in the restaurant business. Our Daughter, Denise, has also relocated to the area and has opened a clothing boutique in Holden Beach, right on the causeway! Recent additions to our family are Kiersten & Brendan's twin daughters, Kennedy and Harper. They are truly a joy and the lights of my life. Don and I love life at the beach and would not trade it for anything!

| In 2001, we moved to Holden Beach permanently and I began my new career as a real estate agent. I never imagined how exciting it would be to find that perfect home for someone. For 5 1/2 years I have enjoyed being a part of one of the most innovative companies in Brunswick County. The company and my goals are the same, to provide the best in customer service in all areas of real estate. Through my ePro designation, I have become extremely sensitive to the needs of today’s buyers and sellers who depend heavily on Internet usage. but I also have enhanced listings on www.realtor.com. J In 2006, I completed my GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute which is a designation held by only 10% of the Realtors in the country. Of that I am very proud. I have alsocompleted my RSPS, Resort and Second Home Specialist Certification and am proud to say that I am the first in Brunswick County to have done so!Additionally, I served on the Board of Directors of Brunswick County’s Association of Realtors as well as on various committees. I am also a member of the Holden Beach Causeway Beautification Committee and a member of the Holden Beach Womens' Club.

My biggest news is that after 8 wonderful years with Coastal Development & Realty, I have moved to another real estate company, Century 21 Anne Arnold and I am so excited to begin anew with a wonderful company and join an old friend in the business.
